Guarantee and refund policy:

We guarantee that your plants will arrive healthy. Please open your order upon receipt and if the plant is damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and we will either replace the plant or give you a refund.

Payment Options:

We accept PayPal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Orders that are paid with a personal check are shipped after the check clears. Once we receive your payment, your order will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days via priority mail. (If you pay with a personal check, your order will be shipped after the check clears.)

Cold weather shipping:

We offer heat packs during the colder months. If your order is over $20 (excluding shipping), we will include a heat pack free of charge. If your order is less than $20, you can purchase a heat pack for $2. Before we ship, we check the internet weather services. If we feel that the temperatures are too cold to ship, even with a heat pack, we'll postpone shipping. If this is the case, you will be informed. We want your plants to arrive safely. If you don't want us to hold off on shipping, we will ship them but can't guarantee their safe arrival. Therefore, our guarantee & refund policy is void.

WARNING: WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, PLEASE USE CARE WHEN OPENING THE BOX AND UNWRAPING THE PLANTS. MANY OF THEM HAVE SPINES AND CAN CAUSE PHYSICAL INJURY. ALSO, SOME OF THE PLANTS ARE TOXIC AND CAN CAUSE SKIN AND/OR EYE IRRITATION. WE INDICATE WHICH PLANTS ARE TOXIC IN THE PLANT DESCRIPTIONS ON OUR WEBSITE. THE CUSTOMER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY OF HANDLING THE PLANTS WITH CARE.
